This is key to getting the body you want and I would love to work with you to get there.
The power of Nutrition&Fitness is amazing.
I am talking from experience when I say this. I was two stone overweight after having my second child, it made me feel tired, depressed and sluggish and I hated the way I looked and how my clothes felt. I started to get into running and I found I felt so much more energised after doing some exercise that I knew I had to keep it up. I then incorporated healthy eating with the running and found the weight came off but more importantly I felt good about the way I looked, my clothes fit better and I had so much more energy!
I then went on to having a third child, the pregnancy was a much healthier one. I swam almost every day and ate nourishing food, the difference was incredible. I was 6 years older than my first pregnancy and had two young children to look after, yet I felt far more energised than I had done previously. The change I saw and felt in myself gave me the passion I have today in helping other women to achieve their goals and learn to love themselves.
You are unique, and extremely special and you need to know it! I will teach you to love yourself, become disciplined and reach your optimum health by feeding your body all the lovely goodness it needs and to make your body fit and strong; to thrive, not just survive!
This journey is not always going to be easy, nor is it going to be quick, but to get lifelong results it has to be small consistent changes that make you happy so you will be able to continue them and enjoy life more and more. Remember, it is never too late to get started!
I can help you create small simple changes by setting new goals, facing and accomplishing different challenges and keeping you to account. My aim is to make you independent, and confident in eventually making the right decisions for yourself.
I don’t know of anyone else out there who is as passionate as I am in helping women become who they want to be through the power of Nutrition&Fitness.
